Welcome to Lexpense, developed by Librant. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application for family expense tracking.

When you sign in to Lexpense using Google authentication, we collect:

• Your name
• Authentication tokens provided by Google

2.2 Expense Data

When you use Lexpense, we store:

• Transaction records (date, amount, description, category)
• Card/account information you create
• Tenant information (for multi-user expense tracking)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Authenticate your identity and provide secure access to your account
• Store and manage your expense tracking data
• Provide multi-tenant functionality for family or group expense sharing
• Improve and maintain the Lexpense application

Your data is stored securely on our servers with industry-standard encryption. We use:

• Keycloak for secure authentication
• Encrypted database storage for all expense data
• Secure API communications using HTTPS/SSL
• Access controls to ensure data isolation between tenants

5. Third-Party Services

Lexpense uses the following third-party services:

• Google OAuth: For secure authentication. We only request access to your basic profile information (email and name)
• Keycloak: For identity and access management

These services have their own privacy policies. We do not share your expense data with any third parties except as required by law.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may disclose your information only in the following circumstances:

Lexpense is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of Lexpense after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

12. Google API Services User Data Policy

Lexpense's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
